I had a bad experience, too. When he came to fix the dishwasher, he seemed efficient and reliable. Then, after repeatedly reporting the dishwasher's problems, he never got back to me. He was also repeatedly asked for an invoice, but nothing happened.
Competent and punctual. He solved my gas stove problem, where the oven and burner wouldn't stay on. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone, which he then respected. The stove is a basic model, over 10 years old, but the repair cost was fair, and if it lasts a few more years, it's well spent.
Excellent experience! Mr. Patrizio repaired my washing machine and proved to be reliable (the waiting time for the replacement part to arrive was strictly necessary), professional, and even kind. The cost was average. Considering that I had called the "parent company" technicians, they had charged me more and took significantly longer. Highly recommended!
My experience with Mr. Patrizio Parisi was horrifying. I had two appliances in need of repair. He came three times, but never managed to fix them, except temporarily: just long enough to extort €300 from me. Finally, he gave me one last appointment, but he didn't show up, stopped responding to messages, and when my wife called, he hung up on her. I advise everyone to stay away.
Today I received the service for my washing machine, and I can only say that the technician is truly knowledgeable, very experienced, fast, and clean, but above all, honest. I've complimented him several times because he deserves it. Highly recommended for anyone living in Rome.
