Sergio, the technician, was professional, accurate and extremely prompt. He was at home in 1 hour. I highly recommend him.
Avoid! The technician is completely unprepared. He doesn't have the tools to diagnose appliance malfunctions and is just guessing. He called twice without solving the problem, replacing a part that I later verified wasn't the cause. The cost of both visits was €200; when I called back a third time, he admitted he couldn't perform the repair, recommending we contact an authorized service center. Absolutely avoid. Unfortunately, I only read the other reviews afterwards, and I see that many customers have fallen victim to his incompetence, to say the least. His €130 service, which included replacing the drain pump (following the €70 one), occurred after the tenants had used the machine, who certainly couldn't load the washing machine with 20 kg, given its 6 kg capacity. Incompetent is truly the best assessment I can give!
Absolutely avoid. Incompetent and expensive. Terrible service. Due to a leak in the washing machine, the technician (Sergio) replaced the porthole seal, but didn't solve the problem. After 3 months, the replaced seal came loose, with the washing machine still running. The house flooded. I called again. The same technician even demanded another €60 to reconnect it (5 minutes of work). Edit after reply Emilio and his guys at the computer store were talking badly about me? They were talking badly about your sister, though. Gossips...
