The team is competent and helpful, and the suppliers (Luca for the bathroom and Giuliano for the fixtures) are superb. The project included renovating the bathroom and living room, adding a second bathroom, and installing a kitchenette in the living room—a fairly big job, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, communication was clear and smooth. Giulia and Luca in the office were super helpful, always quick to respond, and kept everything well organized throughout the whole process. Luca was always available to patiently answer any questions I had. On site, Alessandro did a great job coordinating the work and making sure everything stayed on track. A special mention also goes to Andrea and his assistants, who handled most of the manual work—he was precise, skilled, and clearly cares about doing a quality job. The whole team was positive, professional, and easy to work with. There were a few small issues along the way, mostly due to the fact that I didn’t hire a project designer. That meant I wasn’t always aware of certain decisions that needed to be made early on, which affected the timing and cost of the project. But the team was very flexible, patient, and guided me through everything step by step. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the final result and would definitely recommend Pra Ristrutturazioni if you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and friendly renovation team!
