Pra Ristrutturazioni - Renovation Company Rome

We just completed the complete renovation of our apartment, which took four months. The team is competent and helpful, and the suppliers (Luca for the bathroom and Giuliano for the fixtures) are superb. My advice is to have clear ideas and define everything precisely during the contract phase. So far, we're happy with the results; an update will follow in a few months.

I recently renovated my apartment with Pra Ristrutturazioni and had a really positive experience. The project included renovating the bathroom and living room, adding a second bathroom, and installing a kitchenette in the living room—a fairly big job, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, communication was clear and smooth. Giulia and Luca in the office were super helpful, always quick to respond, and kept everything well organized throughout the whole process. Luca was always available to patiently answer any questions I had. On site, Alessandro did a great job coordinating the work and making sure everything stayed on track. A special mention also goes to Andrea and his assistants, who handled most of the manual work—he was precise, skilled, and clearly cares about doing a quality job. The whole team was positive, professional, and easy to work with. There were a few small issues along the way, mostly due to the fact that I didn’t hire a project designer. That meant I wasn’t always aware of certain decisions that needed to be made early on, which affected the timing and cost of the project. But the team was very flexible, patient, and guided me through everything step by step. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the final result and would definitely recommend Pra Ristrutturazioni if you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and friendly renovation team! I renovated my home in Rome with PRA Ristrutturazioni and am truly satisfied. The team was highly professional, always available, and attentive to every detail. The work was completed on time, without delays, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I didn't think such a meticulous job could be accomplished in such a short time. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism, quality, and reliability in a construction company.

We chose this company to completely redo our apartment in the Ostiense neighborhood of Rome. Excellent work, attention to detail, and great willingness to find customized solutions. They met deadlines and completed the project flawlessly. I'm grateful to PRA Renovazioni for the work they did! I highly recommend them if you need to renovate your home.

I'm writing to anyone considering entrusting their renovation work to PRA COSTRUZIONI. My advice is not to do so. The delivery times are well beyond the contractually agreed upon deadline. The photos show the renovation period, and the damage is still clearly visible (I'll attach post-construction photos shortly). The flooring is uneven, especially in the entrance hall, where a steep slope is clearly visible. Holes have been drilled into the load-bearing column. Corrugated pipes are positioned in unusual positions. The door sills are raised due to the incorrectly raised floor. For any feedback, please contact me and/or consult my photos and make your own assessment.
