I did the work a year ago, I had some leaks on the terrace, after a few months cracks were found in the material, today they are in the same condition as two years ago with large leaks, terrible work, they don't answer the phone, I would not recommend it to anyone, amateur and unreliable people, terrible experience.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I entrusted them with the waterproofing of my approximately 25 square meter terrace, costing them €3,500 for a hot-melt resin treatment. Just six months after the work was completed, visible cracks appeared in the covering. I later discovered that this was because they had failed to properly assess the presence of water or moisture under the original flooring, a crucial consideration before applying the resin. From that moment on, the problems began: I made countless calls requesting repairs, only to receive promises that were never fulfilled. Eventually, they disappeared completely, providing no assistance and no longer answering the phone. Today, I find myself with a terrace that needs redoing and a completely wasted investment. Absolutely not recommended, at least in my personal experience.

They waterproofed two terraces at my house, starting work without a site inspection. They showed up at unexpected times, and they used the wrong grout color, making the floor unsightly. After reassuring me they'd fix it, and after endless back-and-forth, they never showed up again. I highly recommend considering more reputable and professional alternatives.

I've also sent photos via WhatsApp and email, but still nothing. I remain confident and hope for their professionalism.
