We're very satisfied with this company, DAB Serramenti. I'll share my experience: my partner's father turned to them to replace a security door that was of very low quality. He had a quote he'd given me, based on his wording, with a significant price tag, and I went to the shop because, not knowing them, I wasn't entirely confident and wanted to know exactly what components the new security door would require to justify the expense. I met Andrea, who greeted me very calmly and explained that the quote had just been drawn up and let me read it. To my great delight, I discovered that not only were we installing a handcrafted door of excellent workmanship, but also that the components—I'm referring to the lock and magnetic defender—were the best of the best you can find on the market. In short, everything was top-of-the-line. I thanked Andrea for his great honesty and transparency, because he hadn't taken advantage of an elderly person in the slightest; on the contrary, he had guided her as best he could. Furthermore, the price, with the highest-quality materials and components, was absolutely reasonable and in line with the market. 20 days later, the handcrafted door was ready and installed by Giovanni, one of Andrea's collaborators. He proved to be very knowledgeable, kind, and fast; in just two and a half hours, he completed the job, leaving everything in perfect order. What can I say? We are all very happy and satisfied, and for future work, DAB Serramenti will undoubtedly be our go-to. I had to replace a broken window due to an attempted burglary. Andrea was available right away, both for the same-day inspection and estimate, and for the installation, which took place within a few weeks. He also installed the mosquito nets, which were perfect.
