We turned to Fabio for the purchase and installation of eleven beautiful, high-quality Flessya doors for our new home, two of which were treasure chests. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish: Fabio is extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and professional. He provided excellent advice, guiding us through every step of the way, and went out of his way (and succeeded) to expedite delivery and arrange for installation just before the summer holidays. There were no issues with Fabio's personal measurements: everything matched perfectly, and we had no surprises. The installation was excellent; we were speechless: Palmiro is a top-notch professional, with extensive experience and compassion, and he performed a masterful installation, even resolving a few issues not related to the doors but rather to preparatory work that our renovation company hadn't done properly. Very unhelpful and not willing to explain anything. We drove 45min to get to that store and they did not want to work with us. Apparently they have enough customers.
