On Saturday morning, we came into the shop and found some of the lights weren't working. We didn't have a trusted electrician, so we looked online and, after an initial unsuccessful attempt, we contacted him. Even though he had other scheduled repairs, he was immediately available and very kind: he asked us for a photo of the electrical panel and immediately identified the problem via WhatsApp. He guided us step by step, and the problem was solved in just a few minutes. Professionalism, availability, and expertise are rare. He will definitely be our go-to for any future needs. Highly recommended!
Professionalism, kindness, skill, and speed. This is my experience: in the middle of the holiday season, we returned home around 7 p.m., and something shorted out, shutting down everything: the stove, the fridge, the internet, the TV, everything. We couldn't get one of the circuit breakers back on the meter. Luckily, I found Paolo Milazzo's number, whom I hadn't heard of. Even though he was on vacation, he had photos of the meter and the kitchen sent to him, realized the oven had shorted, guided us via cell phone to dismantle and insulate the oven, and remotely restored the power! I wish I could always find people with this kind of professionalism and generosity! How many others would have done this?
