He solved the problem I had at home in the same day, working with passion and precision. He was punctual and extremely honest. He issued me an invoice and I was able to pay by bank transfer, which was a fundamental requirement for me. I absolutely recommend him, and if I ever need help again, I would call him again!

An angel! I returned home to find everything off, the circuit breaker not working. After several attempts on my own, I searched for an emergency number online and came across Mr. Alvaro, who, however, was out of Rome. He could have dismissed me like that, but instead he offered to help me over the phone, asked for a photo, and with his advice, I solved the problem in two minutes and avoided throwing the entire contents of the freezer in the trash!! 😅 A helpful and friendly person like few others I've encountered! Alvaro is a fantastic professional as well as a wonderful person! I was very lucky to meet him one evening when the power wouldn't come back on.
