He arrived promptly the next morning and, with a quick check, provided a complete picture of the fault and its cause. It involved a contact in the motor of a large electric shutter, embedded in a complex false ceiling. I was already thinking I'd need to replace the motor, but Fernando carefully planned and carried out a complex and ingenious job, lasting three hours, which ultimately resolved the problem that was shorting out the entire house's electrical system.
