Antonia and John presented themselves as very professional, but the result was terrible. I commissioned them to work on my 75 square meter terrace. Of the options offered, I chose the most expensive one, thinking I'd get adequate service. The cleaning was unsatisfactory; they left numerous stains, especially around the edges. The final job was disastrous, and after just four months, the sealant they'd applied began to peel. I contacted them and asked for more money to repair the damage they caused. They also removed the soil between the tiles, which caused leaks in the floor underneath. I'll have to spend another €2,000 plus VAT to repair their shoddy work. I tried contacting them again, but they haven't responded.

I purchased a house with parquet flooring that had a glossy finish, which gave it a greasy look. In addition to numerous scratches, the floor was also very worn. I was advised to sand the parquet to achieve a raised grain effect and a more natural look. The result is truly splendid.

The previous tenants left me the bathroom, all marble, in terrible condition, with acid and rust stains... several marble workers told me the stains would remain. They told me it could be fixed, they made the marble look like new, and the stains slide off without leaving marks from soap dishes and bottles.

I have a floor in my house that was recently polished by another company. I bought the apartment next door, which has the same type of marble, and after the work, it needed polishing. My architect friend highly recommended them, and I wanted to try their polishing. Comparing the two floors, the one polished by the other company three months earlier, which took half the time but must have used wax, because every drop stains and is full of scratches on the surface, the floor polished by them didn't. A noticeable difference.

I wanted to write this review because the marble floor turned out amazing. I had it sanded and polished, and then given a stain-resistant, water-repellent treatment. I finally found real craftsmen, with fair prices and skilled at their work. And unlike the previous one, they didn't wax it to make it look shiny, but the floor is a mirror even without anything on it, so this time it should last for years and not wear off with the wax, which is what I was looking for. They left me a card with recommended maintenance products—5 stars, well deserved.
