I asked for advice on how to clean the back and edges of the terrazzo tiles, as well as on how to store them while waiting to re-install them. They were very helpful and available. Not only are they experts, but you can also tell they're passionate about their work. The advice was provided free of charge, even though they can't hope to get a job in return due to our distance. Highly recommended. Now that the subcontractor has been called in to the job... and the tiler said it was his first time installing reclaimed flooring... the right advice at the right time. Too bad we're so far away... 100% recommended. Long-distance love! January 2026 The photos show the result. We're just getting started. Without their advice, I wouldn't have been able to achieve this result... but be warned, there are few people as competent as them around! Not everything went smoothly, but with their advice, we achieved a good result.

I had the opportunity to contact this company for the sanding of my parquet. I chose this company not only because of its competitive price compared to other quotes, but also because of Mr. Giulio's professionalism and dedication during the initial inspection. The work he did (a competent and capable person) was truly excellent. Even though this is my first experience, I can recommend it.

Franco and Iacopo were perfect. They cleaned and restored the late 19th-century floors in two rooms of my house, and polished a Venetian terrazzo floor. The job was highly professional, precise, and on time. Thank you for everything, and I wish you all the best.

I contacted PCM regarding a problem with my flooring, which needed replacing with new Venetian blinds. They responded promptly to our request for a consultation despite the holiday season, keeping their agreed-upon deadlines. Silvana and Giuseppe Update of January 28, 2023: After the required installation time for the new Venetian blinds had elapsed, the professional, Mr. Iacopo Tornatore, finished his job today after a good week of work. The result was satisfactory and met our expectations; the inevitable unexpected issues in artisanal work were resolved with intelligence and skill. Thanks to Mr. Franco and Iacopo for resolving a difficult situation for us. Update of February 2, 2023: Unfortunately, while cleaning and tidying up in the days following the Venetian blinds' installation, numerous defects and shortcomings emerged, causing us to reconsider our previous positive assessment, which was based on the fact that they managed to eliminate the pre-existing issues. Now that the field is clear, we note that the planned polishing of the entire floor of the house, which was contractually agreed upon as a complement to the new Venetian blinds, was rather lacking. The corners were left untreated, numerous holes are still present, and the appearance is far from a "polished" floor. The new installation features broken thresholds, but above all, they are not properly grouted. Residues from the new Venetian blinds made a second job necessary to perfect the angle between the wall and the floor. Furthermore, a bothersome stain emerged in the visible area, which was unavoidable, the cause of which was not even understood by the contractors themselves. We also found a poor organizational approach, which forced us to be on-site helpers for loading and unloading materials, including heavy machinery. Unfortunately, some defects, discovered only in hindsight as often happens, have led us to reconsider the work performed as unsatisfactory and to consider the value for money negatively.
