The product they supplied me is quite good. It's beautiful, even though no one warned me that I would receive UV-oiled parquet instead of standard varnish, so my review is independent of this, which is nevertheless an important element. Unfortunately, only after installation and after paying was I able to verify that the parquet had not been installed properly in two places near the joints of the French windows and, only after installing the skirting board (not by them), it was discovered that in many places the floor was not covered by the skirting board (the gap from the wall at the end of the installation was too great and the gap underneath was visible). After several attempts to contact them to find a solution and tossing blame around, they never found a minute for months to at least show up to inspect the situation. I had to call another professional who took care of these problems, paying again to add half a centimeter of parquet under the skirting board, which they should have done. Finally, the floor (glued) creaks in several places and sounds hollow already a few days after the installation was completed. Maybe they were stingy with the glue... I'm sorry because the expectations were completely different and above all the overall work is not bad, but they showed me that after taking the money they had no interest in me as a customer... never mind!
