Mr. Merola, following our request to replace the lock, proved to be professional and courteous! We highly recommend him to everyone in Rome! It's increasingly difficult to find honesty and professionalism at this level.

I highly recommend this family-run business of ironworkers (father Raffaele and his two sons, both excellent). My experience with them was excellent; I asked them to make an aluminum cabinet on the terrace to cover the heat pump motors, and they did a fantastic job. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism of this company, and especially the helpfulness of Simone, who assisted me with patience and expertise from the beginning to the completion of the project. One last positive note: before choosing them, I had (as always) done thorough market research by comparing various quotes, and I must say that their pricing was also competitive. Truly well done.

I found them online for a project I'd been trying to complete for 3 years. They listened to me, understood me, and helped me. After changing my mind 20 times and having Simone provide 20 estimates, I only understood what I really wanted once I saw the finished product. Now my privacy screen is unique and functional. This year I had the windows and doors installed in a house I rent. I needed a long-lasting job at a reasonable cost. The result: perfect work, excellent value for money. One brother designs, another brother checks the construction for compliance (and without his approval, nothing gets done), the father supervises and oversees. Modernity and tradition. Correctness, punctuality, precision. To anyone who no longer hopes of receiving a job done to perfection, I recommend giving this family of good people, honest workers, a chance.

I called the company for a quote in July. After I gave them a quote, they asked me for half the amount up front and the rest upon completion. We're talking about a €1,200 deposit. Are we crazy? Without a contract, would I give that amount to someone I don't know? Then, after a different agreement, we started the work in October, which was done in a "slapdash" manner. Among other things, we had two small damages, and when I pointed them out, they told me I wanted to buy a new house with them. The icing on the cake was that they didn't finish the agreed-upon work. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE them; they're arrogant and unreliable!!!
