Before the project started, the staff double checked our project details and expertly prepared our home for renovation. I cannot recommend Giovanni & his company highly enough. Our interior design business (Illuminami) received a request to transform four bathrooms, dismantle doors & reconstruct doorways & walls, & paint an entire apartment of 160 square metres in the space of six weeks. Normally this would be difficult enough given the location in the historic centre of Rome, with August looming when everything closes down. We all had our doubts about the possibility of meeting the deadline, but Giovanni maintained a rational, professional and focused approach and, along with his entire team, solved every imaginable obstacle or problem that arose during the process. At no point did they take the easy way out, but instead focused on solving the problem to the closest possible outcome of the design brief. They proved to me over and over again how committed they were to delivering high-quality work, which impressed me immensely, especially considering the restricted time-frame. The project was completed only two weeks late (which also involved building three large made-to-measure wardrobes for the bedrooms & the transformation of one bathroom into a laundry), with one of the workmen (Cristian) toiling away through the extreme August heat to get the bathroom finish just right. As a professional who works to exacting standards, I was most impressed by the whole team, and felt supported and safe in their hands to deliver work that I could be proud of. Giovanni is to be held up as a very rare business-owner and operator in Rome and deserves all the success in the world. Needless to say, we will be using them for future projects!
