SVR Ristrutturazioni Roma

We entrusted SVR Ristrutturazioni Roma with the renovation of our bathroom in May 2026 and were very satisfied with the work done. From the first meeting, Saverio proved to be available, competent, and always present, following every phase of the work, starting with the initial inspections. The quote was detailed and clear, with no surprises, and documentation and certifications were issued immediately upon completion. A special thanks to Alessandro and Hamed, who carried out the work with great professionalism, attention to detail, and meticulous care, even when cleaning up at the end of the day—something that is not to be taken for granted. During the renovation, a major problem arose: the existing wall was unsuitable and showed signs of sagging. The situation could have become complicated, but the team addressed and resolved it brilliantly, with professionalism and expertise, leaving nothing to chance. We were supported from start to finish, and the final result fully met our expectations: the photos speak for themselves. Due to the positive experience we had, we have already decided to entrust the renovation of our second bathroom to the same team. Recommended for those looking for reliable, precise and organized people.

I had the pleasure of entrusting Saverio Rotondi of SVR Costruzioni with the complete renovation of two bathrooms in June 2025, and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. From the first meeting, Saverio proved extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. He carefully listened to my every request, while also offering valuable advice that improved the final result. His ability to guide the entire process, from design to implementation, was truly impeccable. One of the aspects that struck me most was the perfect balance between quality and price: the quote was significantly more competitive than other professionals I consulted, without ever compromising the quality of the work performed. Saverio is young, but incredibly competent and reliable. Even after the work was completed, he was always available and available to answer any questions or concerns, which is far from a given. I highly recommend SVR Costruzioni to anyone looking for reliability, quality, and a professional who truly puts the customer first. An excellent experience in every way!

I entrusted SVR Ristrutturazioni with the painting of a wall in a very unique color, octane blue, and I couldn't have made a better choice. From the moment I requested it, the work was completed very quickly, with great efficiency and professionalism. The end result is impeccable: uniform color, meticulous finishes, and great attention to detail. The team was skilled, organized, and precise, leaving the space clean and perfectly tidy. I highly recommend SVR Ristrutturazioni to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and reliability. Congratulations! For future projects, I already know who I'll call!

Great experience! I was looking for a single company that could handle everything. Saverio was there for me through every detail, from quotes to final payment, always patient and thorough. Every member of the team also works with passion and professionalism: I thank them again for their excellent work.

In March 2025, I took possession of a two-room apartment in Rome's Marconi neighborhood. The condition was disastrous, to say the least (nothing could be salvaged). Based on online research and reviews, I found SVR Ristrutturazioni, who, with no obligation, gave me an all-inclusive quote at "fair" prices for a complete renovation. The work, as the photos prove, was done to perfection, on time and in compliance with regulations (CILA, certification of new systems, compliance with condominium regulations, etc.). I want to thank Saverio, the young but experienced manager, and his entire team, and of course my husband, who, together with them, defined the necessary decisions. I will certainly call SVR again for future work and recommend them to all my friends who will be able to enjoy this experience without the problems that usually arise. My heartfelt thanks, Saverio, to you and your staff, an example of professionalism, integrity, and reliability. THANK YOU, Maria.
