Really nice, cozy and well equipped gym in the heart of Rome. I had a lovely close grip bench press session there during my holidays in the city. There is also a squat rack a few nice machines and a dumbbell rack. There wasn’t a lot of people on Saturday morning. The staff was very helpful and coaches could spot me on the bench. The day pass was 25 euro - quite expensive but it’s Rome city centre 🤷‍♂️

I am used to small and not so great gyms, and not so great staff when I travel. I’m snobby because of my american gyms. This is a first for me where it’s small, but all new equipment and it’s *clean*. I came here all the days I was in Rome. And all the staff i worked with were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

20 Euro entry for a day pass, worth it due to the amount of equipment, free weights, and spacious rooms upstairs (I believe these are typically used for classes but if there is no class you can use it for warming up / cooling down.). Lots of freindly beautiful people in the gym, which creates a good environment for everyone. Air con in the weights room! Great gym, great people.

Great gym for a traveler who needs a break from drinking and eating to lift some weights. They have a squat rack, bench, dumbbells up to 40kg, and a selection of typical machines for pulldowns, rows, etc. €20 per day, super friendly, and English-speaking. Difficult to find something similar in Rome based on my failed attempts prior to discovering this one.

Not bad. €20 for a day pass which I feel is a bit expensive for the amenities on offer. It has a dumbbell rack up to 40kg, a flat bench, Incline bench, squat rack, cable fly and a selection of older Life Fitness resistance machines. The cardio consists of 4 treadmills, a Power Mill, 2 Cross trainers 2 recumbent bikes and a rower. However, these are starting to show signs of ageing. The gym itself, is reasonably small and I would imagine could be quite crowded during busy periods. Not sure if it has air conditioning but it wasn't on during my visit. You also get access to classes for your €20 admission fee and if you visit twice, you get a third visit free. I think it is €80 for a weeks pass but check to be sure. Overall, OK for a one off strength session but may be more suited to someone looking for classes and a bit of lighter resistance training. Staff were friendly and welcoming but I found it odd there is no water fountain. I was advised I could fill my bottle up from the taps in the toilet but erred on the side of caution and bought a bottle of water from the cafe opposite.
