I studied abroad in Rome this semester. My friends and I used this gym for the whole semester and had an incredible experience. The staff and owners are incredible and I met amazing people. The equipment is comprehensive and I always got great workouts in. I will miss this gym and the experiences it gave me as I was able to train hard and enjoy the environment for the time being. Thank you so much!

Could tell this was a serious gym from the huge crowds when I went at around 6 pm. Had lots of equipment but it’s hard to hunt for plates to put on the equipment since everyone’s using them. Staff was friendly but not overly so, didn’t show me around the gym, just collected the day pass fee. Was nice that they sold protein shakes with creatine though. Only had 1 squat rack which was kind of disappointing.

I go to Trastevere in Rome every year for a couple of months. This is my favorite gym in Rome. Good equipment and atmosphere. I live in Santa Monica california and train at the world famous Gold's Gym so this combination is great for me.

Absolutely incredible big city gym that has all you need as a competitive bodybuilder or simply a casual lifter. For legs they have a Matrix Hack Squat, Cybex style leg press (if you know you know), and lots of other great machines like adductor, extension, leg curl, seated leg curl, donkey calf, and hip thrust. For chest they have multiple plate loaded pieces for pressing that are very smooth. On back they have a plate loaded low row, a hammer strength iso style row, and a high pull down plate loaded piece as well as T bar. Downstairs they have plenty of cardio equipment, mobility area and a deadlift platform/squat rack. The owner was extremely nice, gave us each a free protein shaker and a day pass was a very reasonable 10 euros. This is THE gym if you are serious in Rome.

This gym is great with a good selection of machines. Downstairs, the cardio and abs area is awesome for a solid functional workout, plenty of space to move around. My only suggestion is to have a decent pull-up bar. If they fix that, it's a solid 5 stars from me. Otherwise, the place is clean, tidy, and all-around nice. The entrance fee is fair and I’m very happy with what the gym offers.
