Worst service and 0% professionalism. We had agreed to have a cleaning for a tourist apartment to begin our collaboration, and after not responding for three days, on the tenth call on the agreed-upon day they told me they wouldn't come. It was unthinkable, and on the phone they were indifferent and lacked a shred of professionalism. Highly discouraged.

They lacked organization. I am very surprised that they had five stars. They never confirmed the appointment for me. I had to call them again to confirm, and the guy said yes yes we're coming. And they never showed up or called again!
