Having bought an apartment in Rome without a balcony and in an area subject to restrictions imposed by the Superintendence, after extensive research and evaluation, I opted for a Tekno Point air conditioning system, without an external unit, using water. I looked around for a long time and chose Airsistem, which proved to be a guarantee of professionalism. I visited Mr. Marco in his workshop and was impressed by the professionalism he and his sons have. The family-run business, as it once was, is a sign of reliability and availability. In a world where you can no longer communicate, except with virtual assistants or hasty salesmen who cash in and disappear, being guided in identifying the solution to your problems takes you back to a time when interlocutors were interlocutors, and a given word was worth more than any signed contract. I chose an IDRA ECO 28,000 BTU condensing unit, with one 18,000 BTU split unit and two 9,000 BTU split units. The machines were expertly assembled, and during testing, they worked perfectly. In addition to being significantly quieter than other solutions without an external motor, the outlet air temperature was actually zero degrees Celsius, which I will be able to adjust. Given that it's February, the assessment of the system's summer functionality has been postponed, but I'm sure I'll be able to consistently praise this company, which is also well supported by the Roman sales network and continuously trained by the parent company in the province of Venice. Efficient and reliable company. They proposed and carefully installed a system in my apartment consisting of one outdoor unit, two split units, one ducted unit with two air vents, and a DHW tank. Punctual and precise, with good coordination and integration with the company in charge of the renovation work. Reasonable overall price. Recommended.
