We called them a year ago when we needed to renovate our house, and they did an excellent job on time, only going over by a few days due to some "surprises" that arose once the flooring was removed, which they resolved very quickly. At the time, we were also satisfied with the cost, which was in line with three other companies we had contacted. Having been satisfied then, we called them back when it was time to renovate the terrace, both to make it more pleasant and to fix a slope problem that was causing water to accumulate toward the center, creating a mossy pond. This time too, they did an excellent job, on time, and with very satisfactory results. I've attached before-and-after photos; now the terrace is a pleasant place that we'll enjoy a lot.

Ditta munita di proprie maestranze, quali manovali demolitori, muratori, idraulici, elettricista, etc. Mi sono trovato bene in quanto il titolare è Ingegnere e ha potuto ben seguire il particolareggiato del capitolato riducendo di molto i tempi di cantiere. La contabilità di cantiere del direttore lavori è stata molto trasparente grazie alla correttezza della ditta Petrozzi che in tal modo ha permesso di conoscere ogni avanzamento ordinario e ogni costo aggiuntivo senza ritardo. Ottima pulizia delle aree extra cantiere-condominiali, massima attenzione a non creare danni agli immobili confinanti e a lavorare in modo da arrecare meno fastidio ai condomini bilanciandoli tra mattina e pomeriggio rumore intenso con rumori minori. Ottima messa in opera dei pavimenti senza creare gradini e massima attenzione ai verticali maiolicati dei servizi.
