I was really satisfied with the notary Alice Pinna for her accuracy, reliability and professionalism. Although I reside abroad she put me in a position to notarize in a very short time. In her field she is the best one could wish for. Absolutely recommended.

Excellent service! We appointed notaio Alice Pinna to assist us and we were very happy with the service received. She is extremely professional, efficient, and always available to explain every step of the process. Her team is also very responsive and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend her.

Purchasing a home in Italy may seem daunting, and it is, but not when you have the proper advisors. As first-time purchasers in Italy, we relied on the services of Notaio Pinna to not only properly document the property acquisition but in helping us paper a closing structure that met both the vendor's and buyer's needs. Thoroughness and integrity is their hallmark. I would recommend their services unequivocally to any serious acquiror. Cam.

I met with Alice as my current notary is retiring and I was impressed by her positive online reviews. I have to say that they are well-deserved. Alice is extremely switched-on, knowledgable and no-nonsense. I appreciated her very succinct and clear way of explaining rather complex Italian judicial concepts and providing out-of-the-box solutions to the problems I was facing. If you're looking for a professional, competent, English speaking notary in Rome, I highly suggest you contact Alice.
