I called for a simple question, but was met with arrogance and rudeness. The clerk reacted with rudeness and zero professionalism, then hung up on me. I should point out that I introduced myself as a customer who has spent a lot in the past and who knows the store well. What a shame when such beautiful businesses are entrusted to rude and unsuitable staff, who clearly don't serve the company's best interests. An unfortunate incident that ruins the image of a brand I respect.
