Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. In August, they performed the standard three scheduled services, but the problem wasn't resolved; in fact, it spread throughout the apartment. In the following months, they performed two free services as agreed, but these also failed to resolve the issue. When I called again to find out what to do, they again offered me the three services at full price. Since the problem was never resolved, their offer was unacceptable.

I used this company to clean and secure my balcony, which had been made impassable by pigeons. They worked with precision, cleanliness, and care. The workers were very kind and punctual. I highly recommend them.

If I could give more stars, I would. My boyfriend and I noticed a serious cockroach infestation in our newly rented apartment, and the owner found this company that works late at night. Daniele came to our rescue at 3:00 AM. He was incredibly helpful, explained how everything works, and gave us advice, both professionally and otherwise. He's empathetic, precise, and honest; you can tell he loves his job (I don't know how he does it honestly, but that alone is admirable, haha). I highly recommend him to everyone.

I would like to thank this company for their attentive service, from planning to implementation. In particular, they provided timely communication and listened attentively to our needs in order to assess the problem. Specifically, the project involved the removal of an abandoned pigeon nest and guano. The work was excellent, carried out with expertise, explanations, suggestions, and politeness. Recommended.
