Unfortunately have to add to what others are saying about no invoice being issued- attention for Guarda di Finanze! Good thing is he came very quickly, 2 hours after I called, but that’s about it…took 60 euro for looking at the boiler, said it needs to be replaced, told me he’ll send electric invoice which never came although I kept chasing on WhatsApp with no success. Thankfully next day truly professional Vailant engineer came, fixed the problem within 5 minutes, gave me the receipt on the spot, printed the report about what was wrong etc…not happy about money waisted…
Outstanding 24/7 emergency support. They handled my plumbing problem بسرعة and professionally. The quality of work was impressive, and everything was left clean after completion.
The only thing more scary than calling your dentist with an emergency situation, is reaching out for a plumber on a Sunday morning!!!! Fear no more!! Emiliano has been not only prompt and professional but also fair on the service's fees. Half hour later, me and my husband were left with the kitchen back on track and all the right answers. After being declined many other places because our not so good italian, we were lucky to find Emiliano. He arrived with an english speaking friend and together they fixed our leaking sink in no time at all. Would highly recommend if you need a plumber:)
