Great service. They did a great job replacing the heater. I have a terrible memory for names, I think the technician’s name was Ruggero.
Very nice assistance! Mrs Claudia was helpful and clear.
Very helpful team and appointment set up quickly . Thanks Noemi and Claudia
Veronica and Alessio have been very helpful and worked to to get our leak and service done as quickly as possible. I was also able to plan an HVAC cleaning of our split units in the nick of time for this heat! The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Vaillant services.
Great maintenance and after sales service, which is rare nowdays. I called them on Saturday because the boiler wasn't working (it is 12 years old). They came within 10 minutes and fixed it.
