One star.

I stayed at a Keevos-managed apartment, Casa Alma Trastevere, from June 17 to 21, 2026. This review is written for two audiences: property owners considering Keevos as their property manager, and travelers considering booking one of their listings. Everything below is documented with timestamped photos, video, and written messages sent through the booking platform during the stay.

For property owners evaluating Keevos:
The shower drain in the unit failed to evacuate water. Showers of two to three minutes flooded not just the bathroom but the adjoining hallway with standing wastewater. This was not a one-time event; it happened on every shower, every day, for the entire four-night stay. I reported it in writing on the second day with photos and video.

Here is the part that should concern an owner most. A guest review posted publicly three weeks before my check-in described the identical problem: a shower drain that did not work properly and a bathroom floor that flooded on every shower. Keevos had written public notice of the defect and continued renting the unit without repairing it. By Keevos' own public account, a camera inspection later confirmed the drain was blocked, with the permanent repair scheduled to happen only after my departure. That means the unit was rented through a known, documented plumbing defect for at least a month, across multiple paying guests, before it was fixed.

If you are an owner, that pattern is worth sitting with. Deferred maintenance on a known water issue happened under this manager's watch, in a unit where repeated flooding was soaking floors and walls, which is exactly the kind of slow damage that becomes an owner's five-figure problem long after the management fees are collected. And when the defect was documented by a guest, the response was not accountability; it was to publicly blame the guest for the blockage their own prior guest had already reported.

For travelers evaluating a Keevos listing:

We spent four days using every towel provided to soak up standing wastewater, mostly to protect the apartment's floors from damage. The in-unit laundry could not dry the towels after two full cycles, which left us unable to shower for over 24 hours because there was nothing left to manage the flooding with. When we asked about toilet paper on day two, we were told the rolls provided were a starter kit and additional supplies were our responsibility. During an active flooding issue, responses at times took many hours, and at one point stopped entirely until we pressed.

After checkout, Keevos posted a review of us potentially implying we caused the drain blockage and left the apartment extremely dirty. The blockage claim is contradicted by their own prior guest's public review of the same problem three weeks earlier. The "dirty" claim likely describes the towels we deployed to absorb flooding from their defective drain, a mitigation effort they watched happen in real time through our photos and messages, and resupplied towels for mid-stay. Blaming guests for the documented condition of your own plumbing, in writing, is a choice that tells you everything about how disputes get handled here.

In my opinion, a property manager who rents a unit with a publicly documented, unresolved plumbing defect, lets guests spend their vacation mopping wastewater, and then publicly blames those guests for the defect is not a company I would trust with my property or my booking. I do not write negative reviews lightly and have never had an experience with a rental manager that came close to this one.
