We had a very good experience with Roma Rentals. The check-in process was smooth, although the apartment’s condition wasn’t thoroughly documented, which initially made us a bit anxious about the deposit. However, there were no issues, and we received our full deposit back within two weeks.<br><br>Communication was easy, and the team was always available, though we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay. The apartment was clean, in good condition, and reasonably well-equipped. Located in Trastevere, it was lively and noisy late into the night, as expected, but the quiet bedrooms at the back ensured a comfortable stay. Overall, we had a great 4-week experience in Rome!
