We had a very good experience with Roma Rentals. The check-in process was smooth, although the apartment’s condition wasn’t thoroughly documented, which initially made us a bit anxious about the deposit. However, there were no issues, and we received our full deposit back within two weeks. Communication was easy, and the team was always available, though we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay. The apartment was clean, in good condition, and reasonably well-equipped. Located in Trastevere, it was lively and noisy late into the night, as expected, but the quiet bedrooms at the back ensured a comfortable stay. Overall, we had a great 4-week experience in Rome!

Our Roma Rentals experience was absolutely seamless! We arrived in Rome and had no place to live but with the help of our agent Carol we were able to move in to our very own apartment just 3 days later! Not only did we have a great experience moving in but Roma Rentals made up feel so welcome while going through the process and well after moving in. The apartment was tidy and everything was brand new! We had everything we needed to live comfortably and with style! We would never hesitate to contact Roma Rentals if there was ever a maintenance issue and within 24 hours the problem was always solved. We would definitely use Roma Rentals again in the future and would love recommend it to anyone moving or living in Rome!
