My experience with Class & Country Homes was exceptional & i have no hesitation on recommending anyone deal with this company. I rented an apartment from them & eventually when I’m ready to buy they will be my absolute go to !! Mauro went above & beyond to support me way after his contract was completed & knowing my Italian language isn’t strong Camilla did everything on my behalf ie utilities, rubbish etc, she’s amazing, calm, clear & measured. 5 stars all the way !!!
We are so happy with the beautiful apartment in Trastevere that we bought through Cristina Amici from Class & Country Homes. From the very beginning when she showed us the house on video (because we were out of the country) to the long journey through negotiations and paperwork to the final closing, she was wonderful to work with. She always responded to us within minutes, she helped us manage all sorts of red tape, and she was always friendly and professional. Everything was top quality -- from the photos and videos that helped us really see the apartment to the elegant closing location, where she and the owner of Class & Country spent hours with us until every last i was dotted and every t crossed. The entire experience was managed with class -- thank you!
