Croft Real Estate Srl

We worked with Croft Real Estate while looking for an apartment to rent and they were amazingly helpful. Finding a place to live is hard, then when you add a strange city, in a new country, in a language you don’t speak and a process that’s totally unfamiliar; it’s easily overwhelming. The Croft team though made it so easy and we absolutely love the apartment we found. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic in every regard.

Croft real estate went out of their way to accomodate us at very short notice, helping us to find our dream home in Rome, and facilitating the entire process. I’ll definitely be using them again. Teresa was particularly helpful, responsive and immediately understood our needs. They all speak perfect English, which was a huge bonus.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Croft Real Estate Srl twice so far, and I couldn’t recommend their service more highly. On both occasions, Erla supported me in finding the right tenant for my flat. The first time, we were lucky to secure a tenant within just one week. The second time took a bit longer, but Erla’s dedication never wavered. She kept going until we found the perfect match. I truly appreciate their professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail, and kind support. They take care of everything - from day one until the contract is signed and registered - which is a huge relief, especially as I live abroad. Their support was a real time-saver and brought me great peace of mind. If you care about your flat and want to find a trustworthy tenant, look no further - Croft has the right solution for you. Thank you, David and Erla, for your continued commitment and outstanding service. Jonathan

Highly Recommended! Working with Croft Real Estate was an outstanding experience. Erla took the time to understand our needs and guided us every step of the way with expertise and care. She was proactive, responsive, and focused on helping us find the perfect apartment for our family. Her attention to detail and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her, we live now in our dream apartment. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Croft Real Estate and Erla 🤝

I found a fantastic apartment thanks to Teresa and Croft. Teresa was transparent, efficient and so helpful throughout the process. What I liked most about Croft versus other agents is that they actually listened to me! I told them what my red lines were, and having confirmed they were reasonable expectations, they respected my requirements and made sure I found the right apartment. Other agents repeatedly showed me apartments which were not suitable and wasted my time. Please choose Croft - you won’t be disappointed!
