I recently sold my apartment in Rome with Engel & Völkers and can’t recommend my agent, Silvia Maratea, highly enough. Throughout the selling process I was thoroughly impressed by Silvia’s high level of professionalism. She was consistently punctual, organized, calm, courteous, and wonderfully friendly. She expertly managed the advertising, viewings, and all of the paperwork. She was also always available to answer all of my questions. Silvia is precisely the kind of person you would want to have selling your home. Significantly, Silvia also sold our apartment for far more than I had expected it would sell for. In fact, initially, I was somewhat sceptical about her estimate. I thought it might be too high. Various other real estate agents in our neighbourhood had given me far lower estimates and had cautioned me about setting too high a price, warning me that the apartment would sit on the market and not sell if we were to list the apartment at anything above their estimates. I even asked Silvia if it might be wise to lower the list price. Silvia, however, assured me that I need not worry and I trusted her. I was right to trust her. The apartment sold in under a week. After two mornings of viewings we received four offers, all over asking. I was flabbergasted. As I said, I can’t recommend Silvia highly enough. She was a dream to work with. ❤️

Talk about an agency who does things differently! We just closed on our house and had the best experience! From the moment we met Claudia, our real estate agent, we knew we would be in good hands.
