I recently bought a beautiful house in the charming town of Otricoli, Italy, through Great Properties Real Estate. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Stella, the agency's dedicated owner. From the moment I expressed interest in the property, Stella was there every step of the way. Her knowledge of the market, her professionalism, and her commitment to us are truly unparalleled. She was not only able to facilitate the sale smoothly but also went above and beyond to secure a mortgage for me - a feat that no one else had managed to achieve. Stella's was always available to answer any questions, provide guidance, and offer reassurance throughout the process. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made what could have been a stressful process (it's my first foreign property) a pleasant and exciting experience. The entire team demonstrated a deep understanding of the real estate market and a genuine care for both our and the seller's needs and aspirations. I cannot recommend Stella and Great Properties highly enough. If you're looking for a seamless buying experience in Italy, look no further. Stella's exceptional service, combined with the agency's professionalism and expertise, will undoubtedly exceed your expectations.

I had the pleasure of meeting Stella when my mother and I moved to Rome from New York in 2017 and she was the agent for the apartment we rented in the Ponte Milvio neighborhood. We have been so happy here that we decided to move across the hall when my mother became ill and we needed a smaller space. Stella was patient with me through the process and always extremely professional. She has high standards and a big heart.

After having looked at many (many) places, I found what I was looking for with Great Properties. In addition to the quality of the real estate, the attention to the client and the level of customer service provided by Stella and Eleonora are unparalleled. They truly go beyond the call of duty to serve the client: professional and genuinely friendly, promptly responsive and helpful in sorting out details that weren't technically part of their job -- an absolute pleasure to deal with at every turn. They even stayed in touch after the transaction was completed! I only wish there were more stars to give them; they deserve more than five.

Extremely helpful competent and honest. impossible to get anything better from an estate agent
