A very good real estate company. They were very attentive while showing the house, and they were also very helpful after I moved in. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The process of renting the apartment for our daughter was much harder than it should have been. There were delays, unclear instructions, and a general lack of organization. We felt left on our own most of the time, which was really frustrating. Definitely not the kind of professional service we were promised.

I cannot recommend Renting Rome based on my experience. Communication with Tommaso was slow and unhelpful, and the process felt confusing from start to finish. The video of the apartment did not reflect the actual condition—it was much older and less maintained than expected. Check-in was stressful, and I felt like the support ended as soon as I signed the paperwork. Definitely not the smooth experience I was hoping for.

I was in need of an apartment in Rome and I was searching for months to find something before I was set to move in, but with little luck. Once I found Renting Rome however, Tommaso has been nothing but extremely helpful. He was quick to respond and helped me to find an apartment quickly. Renting an apartment can be tough already, but as a foreigner, it makes it harder. Most people I emailed never replied or required strict documents, however Renting Rome was none of that. I would highly recommend using them if you are trying to rent an apartment in Rome.

Although renting an apartment in Rome can be quite challenging, Tommaso was very helpful. He established a great bridge between the landlord and the tenant. I was very satisfied with my experience.
