My mother and her sisters put their beach house up for sale. We relied on Silvia Ramozzi, who was a perfect real estate agent: prompt, precise, and reliable. She assisted us from start to finish, resolving any issues or concerns. We sold it in a month; Silvia did a wonderful home staging. We are truly satisfied and happy. A true professional. Thank you!
My wife, daughter, and I have had the opportunity to use the services of this real estate agency, both as buyers and as landlords, and we have been extremely satisfied in both cases. Ms. Loredana Cioli is not only honest and transparent with the contracting parties, as well as knowledgeable about property marketing and the preliminary procedures for purchase and rental agreements, but also offers consulting services, which I believe are truly useful in a process that can present some "banana skins" that are invisible to those who are not very experienced in the field.
Hello everyone, We turned to this agency for the purchase of our first property. Despite our doubts, since it was our first real estate transaction, everything went smoothly, quickly, and with extreme clarity, something uncommon for real estate agencies these days (personal opinion based on personal experience). A special thanks to Silvia, our point of contact, without whom everything would have been more complicated. An exemplary professional, always present and available, even on weekends. What can I say? I can only be completely satisfied with what we experienced.
We turned to this agency for the sale of our property. Professionalism, precision, preparation, and friendliness... kindness, and every positive adjective possible. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the sale. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, who assisted us in every detail, simply unique!
