I asked this agency to mediate a purchase of an Italian property. They (specifically Mr Filipino Pollastrini) made several mistakes, causing months of delay and forgot to cover building maintenance fees in the contract, so that the agreed sum was tripled after purchase. After the purchase when asked to provide the building regulations that were sent to the C_Legal office directly, my emails were ignored. I highly advise against employing this agency.

Manlio was a huge part of our Umbrian home-buying process last summer.
