Having miraculously escaped another well-known PV supplier, who, following an inspection, would have installed six panels for a total of 3 kW and an old battery, with masonry work for cable routing—which I would have to pay for and have someone else do—I searched my city for the best-reviewed photovoltaic installer and came across Al.Ga Italia. Today, three months later, I am very satisfied and happy to be able to add my extremely positive review. When I contacted them by phone, they responded promptly and kindly, and a few days later, Engineer Alessandro Tantino, a highly skilled and competent colleague, came to inspect the site. He is passionate about his work and answers all my questions. At the end of January 2025, the installation of nine panels (over 4 kW in total) began very promptly, with a team of highly skilled, hard-working people who were not at all noisy or intrusive and very attentive to all safety regulations. They installed the panels, three of which were weighted, on two slopes, drilled holes in the ceiling to run cables all the way into the garage—not even a single tile broke—and by 4 p.m., they finished the exterior work, leaving everything clean. The next day, another small team installed the inverter and batteries in the garage and made the connections. That afternoon, I produced my first 4 kWh. The work began on January 29th at 8:30 a.m. and ended on January 30th, 2025, at 12 p.m.; on March 13th, 2025, I was connected to the grid with on-site metering. The Al.Ga offices and staff were always available, by phone and email, to answer all my questions and provide any technical or administrative explanations. What can I say, everything was perfect; I can't help but recommend Al.Ga Italia to anyone who asks me about photovoltaics.
