Some time ago, the Azzurro Systems storage system, installed by Solarprogetti, went off alarm twice. I notified Solarprogetti, who intervened to update the system's firmware. Following the update, the system went into standby mode, so I requested another intervention. The second intervention was carried out promptly, resolving the problem, and the storage system has been functioning properly ever since. Congratulations on Solarprogetti's dedication and professionalism.
I got along well with the company's administrative and technical staff, especially Mario Catarci, who handled the system, and Giusy and Valentina, who handled the administrative side. They installed a system on the roof, even replacing some damaged parts under the tiles to improve stability. They also guided me through the 50% bonus application and the wallbox, as well as modifying my existing contract with GSE and clarifying any questions I had. Recommended.

The design consultancy was excellent, even before submitting the offer. Installation deadlines were met, and the work was carried out in full compliance with safety standards. The system (or rather, the systems) works well. I've never had any problems with it; we've been using it for almost a year. The web application could be improved, but they tell me that's not Solar Progetti's fault.
