I found a reference to him in a Quellidellelica post for the now classic problem of a puncture on the left side of the aluminum fuel tank of the K100 and K75, most likely due to electrolysis that BMW never fixed. You can immediately see that he's a professional; he located the hole and checked for any others, using a TIG torch and filler metal, and in less than 30 seconds the problem was solved.
