This man isn't just a great professional, he's a SAINT. My house key broke and got stuck in the lock. I called him very early on a Saturday morning, at 7:40, and he was home by 8:00. He tried to remove the key and, since it was completely stuck, replaced the entire cylinder. Not only did he do the job very quickly, not only did he ask for a more than fair price (he didn't even charge extra for the time and the emergency call), but knowing I was in danger of missing a train, he was so kind as to drive me to the subway station.
