I recently purchased new windows and doors for my entire home and am extremely satisfied with the results. From the first contact, the company proved to be professional, helpful, and attentive to my needs. The inspection was punctual and thorough, and they recommended the best solution. The team of technicians was quick, organized, and left everything spotlessly clean. The windows and doors are of excellent quality and have a modern design. Since we installed them, the difference has been immediately noticeable: less noise from outside, a more constant temperature in the home, and significant energy savings. I highly recommend this company.
A few months after my previous review, in which I listed all the problems I'd had with this company, which were promptly denied by the owner despite the photos providing objective evidence of my review, I once again find myself having to review our terrible after-sales experience. Following our formal request via certified email for a warranty service to assess and resolve a problem with a lift-and-slide window that suddenly stopped sliding and now struggled to close, we were told that for the service call alone, I would have to pay €150 + VAT, to which an hourly rate of €22.00/hour could be added, with a minimum of four hours in the event of tampering. Obviously, since this is a window that the end user simply slides from right to left and vice versa, the possibility of tampering remains to be proven, and I considered it merely a vain attempt to dismiss any liability for poorly executed installation of the window or, worse still, a low-quality product. However, even after reminding them that the Consumer Code (Article 138 et seq.) provides that no costs can be charged to the consumer in the event of a Legal Guarantee of Conformity, the owner did not comply with my request, so I gave them a reasonable 10 business days' notice to plan the intervention. Following this, I would first file a complaint with the AGCM (Italian Competition and Market Authority) and then contact my lawyer for appropriate legal action. To date, these 10 days have passed without any response to my request to intervene, so in addition to having just completed submitting the complaint via the AGCM website, I felt it was my duty to share my experience with Luxury Windows, which, unfortunately, will end in court. I hope this post-sales treatment is a "kind concession" reserved only for me as a direct result of the initial negative review that so annoyed the company owner, who on a couple of occasions even asked me to delete it. Fortunately, consumer protection laws exist, so one way or another I'll end this terrible business relationship. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Swearing is not allowed, and I don't want any complaints, but for me, this is a place to stay away from. White wooden windows purchased with the 50% discount (therefore paid in advance). Manufactured by a Sicilian company, they arrived late every week with absurd excuses. They arrived damaged on the wood and therefore cannot be repaired, as shown in the photos. Four months later, I'm still waiting for a replacement for a broken door sill... Sharing this terrible experience and raising awareness among new potential buyers is the only way to ensure that certain companies learn to focus on quality, not volume.
I did the renovation of my house in Rome 3 years ago and I bought the windows and doors from this company to be honest the products and specially the service is really very good. After 3 years I called the company for a window problem “the house keeper broke the handle by mistake” they quickly answered me back and they solved directly the problem I was really surprised how fast and professional they are!!!
