The most incredible thing that's ever happened to me: I took a HOOVER vacuum cleaner in for warranty repair. While they checked my paperwork, the technician in the workshop replaced the broken part and delivered the repaired vacuum cleaner. All in less than 10 minutes, and last but not least, the kindness and professionalism demonstrated. Even though the store isn't close to me, I'll definitely be a customer for any future purchases. I took my Hoover vacuum cleaner in for warranty repair. I brought it in yesterday and picked it up today, in perfect working order. Excellent service in every way: kindness, professionalism, courtesy, availability, and even friendliness, which never hurts! I'm still in disbelief at the service. Truly exceptional. I contacted System Service Sas via WhatsApp to have an OralB IO toothbrush repaired. They responded immediately with immense kindness and expertise; I then took the toothbrush to the repair center on Via Montevideo. After four days, the toothbrush was ready and the repair was free. I was very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the lady who first tried to find out if she could perform the repair under warranty before asking me for money for a new toothbrush. Unfortunately, not everyone works like that... I will definitely return for other repairs because they were excellent.
