Brothers Christian and Stefano are two kind and exceptional professionals. From the first contact, they guided us and advised us on the best way to bring our prefinished parquet flooring, already in our apartment, back to life. Stefano then performed a thorough mechanical cleaning, focusing on the most difficult areas, stripping and sanitizing the wood, which was then re-nourished with specific products. The final result is astonishing: the parquet is revived, bright, and above all clean and sanitized. Now, the sensation underfoot is that of walking on freshly laid wood. At the same time, we also had all the baseboards replaced, a job that was also perfectly done thanks to Christian's advice on choosing the right size, color, and finish. The final work was executed magnificently. Gargano Palchetti is a testament to their passion and dedication to their work. Very unsatisfied. We ordered through of osmo polycs oil (45 euros), that we never received. The supplier simply does not care : no compensation, no expedition of another product, no action to investigate with their logistics sub-contractor.... In a nutshell, we have lost 45 euros.
