I feel compelled to leave a negative review. In all my years of work, out of hundreds of companies I've had the opportunity to work with, B&C Metal Art has been the worst I've ever encountered. The quote for the work was approved over 8 months ago, and for 4 months they haven't responded to numerous email reminders, nor have they even bothered to provide explanations over the phone. Besides their complete lack of professionalism, they also lack good manners and respect. I strongly advise against ever using them.
