I contacted the architects at Home Sweet Home to renovate the windows of our stores in Turin and Asti, and the result was fabulous!! Punctual, professional, and very creative, while staying within our budget!
My father moved in with us, and we wanted to rent out his house, a two-bedroom apartment in an old building downtown. After an initial inspection, the architects recommended more extensive work than just home staging, so they removed the wallpaper and freshened up the walls and ceilings, and also made changes to the electrical system. We received proposals very quickly, so we're happy, although I'm convinced a little less work would have been enough. Overall, we're satisfied.
The house had been on the market for over 4 months and had not received any interesting offers; we closed the sale 18 days after their intervention. They were professional, fast and capable and the most interesting thing is that the cost was largely paid for, allowing us to sell for a higher figure than the one the agency had proposed. We were so satisfied that we also had them assist us in the partial renovation and furnishing of our new house. Highly recommended
