On April 3, 2025, eight years after my review, I'd like to add a description. Especially since the administrator took the time, after all this time, to respond to my review. I had avoided describing my experience, but now, given the complete falsity of what you said, I'll allow myself to justify my dissatisfaction. The house was completely tidy; no one had moved in, just some painting work. It just needed a cleaning, since no one had lived there for a while. The cleaning was done poorly and hastily, but I could ignore that. The problem concerns a piece of furniture (specifically, a vase) that disappeared from my house after cleaning. Unfortunately, I only noticed it after a few days, and when I asked for an explanation, I was told that the vase had been broken by unspecified "workers" and that they had forgotten to tell me. All of this, of course, after he'd collected his dues, under the table. I thought it was right to set the record straight, especially given the complete lack of foundation in what you wrote. I don't want you to pay me back for the vase, of course. Just try to be a little more honest next time.
The human factor is appreciated, but the quality of their cleaning services isn't something I would recommend. The guys are always rushed, not paying attention to details and areas that require a more thorough touch. I would only recommend them for large spaces like offices where floors, windows, etc. need cleaning. But cleaning houses isn't their strongest asset; I've had to ask others to do their work again.
I have been working with this wonderful finger for 9 months now and I am very happy with them. I would change them for nothing else in the world.
