I found this company on Google and met Cinzia, the owner, who is incredibly kind and helpful. She promptly came to give me a quote for renovating the stairs and landings in our condominium, which were in a complete mess. The guys who did the work were excellent, reliable, polite, fast, and professional; I dare say they worked miracles. I'm truly delighted, because it's rare to find such kindness, honesty, and professionalism combined. If there were more than five stars, I'd give them all with my eyes closed.
We used Gaia for a complete post-renovation cleaning of a 120 sq m apartment. The manager completed the inspection extremely quickly, immediately highlighting our main issues, particularly the house's windows and doors, which had been mistreated during the work and left in a pitiful state. On the scheduled cleaning day, right on time, a team of professionals brought every corner of the house back to life and gleaming, including the windows and doors! The veranda was then cleaned (postponed during the initial work because it was unusable), requiring a second remote intervention to restore the porcelain stoneware floor to its original shine, even though it had been poorly treated during the construction work. Cinzia's supervision, even remotely, was impeccable, demonstrating care for her clients and professionalism in her work. I highly recommend arranging your cleaning with Gaia. Well done!
Gaia Cleaning came to our home to sanitize the room that smelled of smoke after our roof fire. They were punctual, precise, and very efficient. They explained the sanitization procedure clearly, and they made sure we had everything we needed to reopen the house safely. After we had a question, they came back to check that everything was in order, which is why they offer excellent after-sales service. The ladies were also very friendly, which is worth an extra star. Our rating: 6 stars!
