I've been using this cleaning company for several years and can confidently say that the staff is always extremely professional, punctual, and attentive to detail. The service is impeccable and performed with great care. Furthermore, the prices are truly fair, making it an excellent value.
I contacted this company for a complete apartment cleaning before moving in, and I must say the result was truly impeccable. They thoroughly cleaned every room, leaving the house looking practically brand new! The staff was punctual, professional, and very attentive.
Technical review: When you ask about rates, let them clearly explain that it's a fee applied per worker who comes to perform the work. This is to avoid finding out at the end, as happened to me (with all that that implies on the final price). "X" euros per hour multiplied by the number of workers and you'll have a final quote with no surprises. Accepting the terms means, at the end of the job, personally evaluating the results of the work done. By paying €100, I'm also turning a blind eye to final inaccuracies (due to the need to leave at a certain point). By paying double, I expect the work to be done perfectly in every detail (given the rates you'll discover) within the required timeframe, which isn't the time to get it done as quickly as possible. If you require them to use their own professional cleaning equipment, be aware that there will, rightfully, be an extra charge. In addition to quantifying the extra fee, don't forget to ask specifically what type of professional equipment they will use. This way, you can decide whether the extra charge is worthwhile and justified. The 3 stars, in my experience, go exclusively to the operators, whom I thank for their commitment and work, even if, considering what I paid at that point, it wasn't enough. Knowing things from the start helps avoid reviews like this, or, in the case of less diplomatic people, worse ones.
