I contacted this company by phone to get a quote for a post-construction cleaning of a house and was asked to send a video of the apartment. I never received a response to that video, nor was I contacted again. It's true that reviews should be based primarily on the work performed, but I believe communication is an important aspect for a company, and reading other comments, I see I'm not the only one who's found myself in this situation. A simple "Sorry, we're busy, we can't accommodate your request" would have been enough.
