Since June 24, 2025, I've been waiting to transfer a photovoltaic system. Despite an impressive number of phone calls, there's been no response from 3KT Impianti. They keep telling me they haven't heard back from the GSE (Energy Service Provider) but can't explain why. They've clearly never bothered to figure out where the problem lies. It's now January 2026, and I've spent first the summer and now the winter without being able to connect the photovoltaic system. They asked for the bank transfer in advance, but then nothing. The technician who's supposed to be in charge of the process is never available; they say they'll have me call back, but obviously no one bothers to provide me with any information. The sense of indifference and disorganization is obvious.
A few years ago, I purchased a pair of Daikin air conditioners and was very satisfied, even with their periodic maintenance. They were precise, professional, and clean. I wanted to repeat the experience with this installation company when I replaced my boiler. The result was equally high-quality: punctual, professional, attentive to customer needs, and, above all, friendly and courteous. This, combined with the quality of the product installed—an Ariston Class One condensing boiler—reaffirmed my initial feeling that I had made the right choice in choosing this company.
