Francesco and Loris repaired our air conditioner and performed the annual maintenance we'd been putting off for a long time. They traveled from the province of Turin to complete the job, despite the time and expense involved. They scheduled an appointment despite their busy schedule (in fact, during the job, they received numerous calls from customers seeking their assistance!) and they kept it. They worked quickly and left our air conditioner practically sparkling clean! Throughout the entire interaction, they were extremely kind, polite, and even friendly, something that unfortunately isn't often the case with both professionals and customers. We've already booked them for next year's maintenance, but we'll be offering some Canavese sweets to make up for their kindness! I think Artel should appreciate their technicians more, since they're the "face" of the service, and Fly Service does them credit. If you're looking for professionalism, expertise, and excellent service for your air conditioning system, you've come to the right place. We had a problem with our system, located in a workshop in Turin, a small leak that left us cold. Our system consists of one outdoor unit and three indoor split units. We contacted Fly Service for an inspection and to try to understand the problem. Once the inspection was completed and the next day's response was clear, they were on time (no small feat), located the leak and repaired it. They performed the necessary checks and confirmed the problem was resolved, and the system was put back online. I highly recommend Fly Service for maintenance, repairs, and new installations.
