From an initial video of the apartment, he immediately understood the nature of the project: a ducted heat pump system in an early 20th-century apartment with several rooms and numerous architectural and structural challenges. A thorough inspection then allowed him to quickly and confidently find a solution. The quote I received was the most competitive in terms of completeness, effectiveness, and value for money. Then, from the moment of acceptance and the start of the work, Fabio and his team were like clockwork: we had a window of a few days to complete the work, and they did their best to finish on time, working with intensity and enthusiasm, and keeping me updated on every step of the project, even though I was abroad on business. The final result was perfectly finished. Fabio Carbone is one of those rare specialists who not only knows his craft inside out but is truly passionate about it. He was genuinely happy to have overcome the challenge of installing this new system despite its complexities.
